its like bdd. body dysmorphic disorder, when you see yourself with extremes like a really big nose or really small mouth. you usually get it after the flu.

Most definitely. I love how the nose looks like a hand grabbing at the lip.

Even if that wasn't intentional, that's what it looks like to me xD
